Kitten Terms and Conditions

The following terms apply to all kittens sold by Gemini Dolls.

​

1.  All kittens will be vet-checked at least twice before leaving for new homes. 

2.  Kittens will have received both vaccinations for feline enteritis, cat flu and feline leukaemia. 

3.  Neutering/ spaying may be completed before collection but this will be discussed with you prior to purchase.           Should your kitten not be neutered upon collection you will be required to spay/ neuter them within 12 months of       purchase- Gemini Dolls reserve the right to with-hold registration paperwork until proof of spay/ neuter is sent           through. 

4.  Kittens will be wormed using Panacur from the age of 3 weeks and every two weeks until 12 weeks of age.

5.  Kittens will be treated for parasites including fleas and ticks. 

6.  Kittens will be microchipped.

6.  Kittens will be litter trained, scratch-post trained and socialised well with household sounds, dogs and other             cats. 

7.  All kittens will be registered as non-active with TICA (if you wish to purchase a kitten as active please enquire           for price)- TICA registration will be held until spay/ neuter is completed by 12 months of age. 

8.  We provide a high quality kitten pack with each kitten including baby blanket, food (wet and dry), toys, all                 associated paperwork, wormer/ flea treatment (if required), info pack on Ragdolls.

9.  All kittens go to their new homes with 4 weeks free insurance with PetPlan. 

10.Kittens are to be sold the the advertised price unless stated otherwise by Gemini Dolls.

11.Our kitten purchasing process is as follows:

    ~ Once you have made initial contact we arrange a meeting for you to come and choose/ meet your                          kitten (this can be done via video call although we prefer to meet purchasers in person)

    ~ Once you have chosen your kitten, a deposit of £200 is due- this is to ensure that your kitten cannot be sold to      anyone else and also to show commitment from the purchaser. This deposit is non-refundable unless the chosen      kitten cannot be provided. 

    ~ Gemini Dolls will provide weekly pictures, videos and updates of the kitten up until they leave for their new            home. 

    ~ Collection date will be agreed between Gemini Dolls and purchaser. Full payment will be required on the day        of collection by bank transfer, cash. 

12.Kittens will not leave for their new homes before the age of twelve weeks. This is to ensure they have the best          start in life and that their vaccinations are up to date.

13. Ragdoll cats do not develop their full colour until the age of two years. Whilst we can be fairly sure of their final       colourations, we cannot guarantee this before the age of two years- in case colours change this can be altered       via the TICA website at purchasers cost.

14. Should you ever need to rehome your cat, for any reason, you should first inform us and if appropriate, return            your Gemini Dolls cat to us. We are responsible for bringing these little lives into this world and remain                        responsible for them for life.
